Every year ALO's young comrades hold functions to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of our founding leader Dr. Faiz Ahmad. Many young cadres and families members of martyrs along with some guests from other Marxist groups participate in these functions. Nov.12, 2004 Nov.12, 2005 Nov.12, 2006

12th of November is the Martyrs Day of our organization. On Nov.12,1986 Comrade Dr. Faiz Ahmad, founding leader of our organization along with other 10 comrades were abducted and shot by Islamic Party of Afghanistan.
